Our ISO certification means that we meet the requirements for quality assurance throughout our management and manufacturing process by international standards. Being in business for 32 years, we have the knowledge and experience to handle our work efficiently and on time, allowing for a mutually profitable experience.
Low/High production Machining
We offer a versatile range of machining processes in order to meet the needs of a large customer base. From 1 piece prototypes to multi million piece production, we work with many different materials including steel, stainless steel, brass, copper, aluminum, alloy steel and many grades of plastics. We strive to use the best tooling available in order to hold tolerances of +/- .001 as well as meet critical surface finishes. Our machining services include:
- Multi spindle automatic screw machining ranging 1/8" - 2" diameter
- CNC turning ranging 1/8 - 8" diameter (1-3/4 thru spindle)
- CNC vertical machining up to 40"X x 20"Y x 28"Z travel
- Brazing for many materials down to 22ga thickness
- Light fabrication and welding
- Precision grinding
- We have a wide array of hand lathes, presses, grinders, etc.
We also offer post production secondary work including assembly, tumbling, plating, anodizing, oxide and heat treating.
Low/High production Sawing
Our automatic sawing department can also accommodate low and high quantity orders. Assisted by our overhead beam crane, no job is too large for our 14" square capacity @ 40' in length. While achieving tolerances of +/- .010, we have worked with thousands of shapes and extrusions and all materials including Steel, Alloy steel, Stainless Steel, Brass, Aluminum, Plastics, and wood.
Secondary operations include deburring and tumbling, plating, anodizing, oxide, and heat treating. We also have a production beveling machine for any projects requiring a larger radius or chamfer along a bars edges for weldments and clearances.
